Cases & Promotion Officer

We are delighted to welcome Mary Barton as our new Cases & Promotion Officer.  Mary joined us on 20 April and in addition to processing casework will be raising awareness of the Cameron Fund both off and online.

Cameron Fund New Office

The Cameron Fund is moving today to new offices in BMA House.  We make every effort to remain in contact by phone and e-mail but there will be a short period when neirther may be available.  We expect to be fully functioning by the afternoon of Monday 16 March.

LMC Donations 2014

Officer Elections

On 30 October, the Cameron Fund Council elected the charity’s officers to serve for the next three years.  We would like to congratulate the following Trustees on their election.

Award at the ARM for Dr John Givans

Dr John Givans, the former Chairman of the Cameron Fund was awarded the Association Medal at the Annual Representative Meeting of the British Medical Association in Harrogate 20 - 26 June 2014.

LMC Conference

We have had an excellent two days at the LMC Conference in York.  We were delighted to see both old friends and new and look forward to seeing all the perople with whom we have been discussing future projects.  The dinner on 22 May at the National Railway Museum was stupendous and the evening was rounded off with the news that the dinner guests donated a total of £5,371.00 - another record.  Many thanks to everyone who gave so generously.
